I ordered one of their polymer lowers online, and needed it engraved. They were very helpful and responded quickly to my questions, as well as helping me through some of the legal issues involved with such a purchase. This is the first time I've bought an AR lower and they made sure I was doing it correctly. My first email to them was on a Sunday evening and I heard back the same night (would have been around 10:30 PM their time). Probably the best customer service I have received before. Fast, friendly, and helpful. It can't be beat.

I went into New Frontier Armory to get a new holster for my XD9, although they were out of stock they ordered one for me and I received a call promptly to come pick it up. They are very friendly and professional and I plan on making my next firearm purchase from them!

As I had acquired a Winchester shot gun, and two pistols due to the death of the owner I decided to sell them as I had my own gun and did not need any more. The staff were very courteous and easy to deal with. Their appraiser put a price on the guns that I was very pleased with as it came to within $10.00 of my assessment of their value. The young lady, Noelle that did the necessary paperwork was very pleasant and thorough in completing the necessary paperwork. I would recommend New Frontier Armory to sell or perhaps buy (no experience on buying) to any one that asks me where to go for a gun. Ron N.

I purchased my new Glock 19 yesterday from Ivan, the retail manager. The purchase went very smoothly. As I have purchased other handguns in Clark County and had my blue card with me, I was able to take the gun straight home without having to wait for the 72 hour waiting period. Ivan and his entire staff are professional, thorough, and he went far out of his way to help myself and my girl friend (who also purchased the same handgun) to be comfortable with the weapons, even taking time to show us how to field strip and reassemble them and to recommend equipment that we would need. Yes, I know that adds to his bottom line, but he didn't suggest anything that we really didn't need. In fact, he suggested several cheaper alternatives on several things. I've been in the store several times, comparing different makes and models and have never been treated with other than the highest of courtesy. Even when they have been covered up with customers, when I could finally snag a salesperson, they took as much time with me as I needed. I also purchase all my ammo here as they seem to have the best prices in town. 9mm range ammo is in very short supply but Ivan came up with a box of self defense hollow points for me when I took the gun. The fastest growing segment of firearms purchasing is now women and I find all over town, and particularly here, that the gun stores treat us as customers, not bimbo's with a gun. Being treated like everyone else is our goal and the staff here goes out of their way to be helpful without looking down their nose at women purchasing defense weapons. In all, I highly recommend New Frontier Armory for all your weapons needs, be you male or female. The store has just expanded and has a nice inventory for your selection. At one time they were "sold out to the walls" but they're succeeding on getting in what we shooters need. Now, if they can just get in more 9mm ammo, I'll be a happy camper.

Its amazing to see the neg. feedback, guess some patient issues and lack of homework are to blame. I have purchased 4 firearms from New Frontier and 3 of them were special order. I knew what I was getting into because I did THE RESEARCH. Everyone that works at New Frontier are very informitive, friendly and professional, even when the line is out the door. Yes it can take some time to get help but that should be expected when it is the only gun store in this area. Other gun stores in Vegas, Henderson, and even Kingman don't take the time to be so informative and suggestive as the employees at New Frontier. Its a gun store people, most are there to look and fondle so your going to have to do some waiting.

Purchased weapons online and used this company for the transfer. Boyfriend was not able to start background check due to work schedule and upcoming vacation. I went in to get it started under my name, after they told him I coulnd't accept the weapons. Patrick said yes, like it was a 'gift' situation. Went to process paperwork, and was told 45 minutes after standing there, I would have to wait 72 hours due to local laws. Why didn't they tell me that when I arrived so I didn't have to wait so long. Seems they know things have to be completed, but it seemed when you have to do something 'out of the ordinary' they have no idea how to handle it. THeir phone system is atrocious, it took several times to get through to talk to a person. I will NEVER use this company again and will make sure all of my friends and 'brothers' know the same.

Our friends bought NEW FRONTIER AR15 lower assembly for pistol for $170. Their product failed numerous times when used with 7" upper receiver breaking both plastic pins, weak hammer and recoil spring. They even had to replace the spring with T3 but still failed. They do not guarantee their product and keeps giving the run-a-round. Will not recommend this store to anyone! VERY POOR!!!

I came to them looking for a Remington 700. they ordered it for me and will have in 3 days. they are very nice to work with. as i was waiting, they were answering all the quetion everyone had. the owner was helping me he was funny and the employees were laughing at him. very very nice. will go back for all my firearms needs. if you are looking for a firearm..go see them, they will do you right. great place.

I was looking for best deal including reasonable shipping on an SGL 21-62 Arsenal AK. I bought one from New Frontier Armory. These are very nice people to deal with, answered all my questions, shipping was prompt and my AK well packed. The gun arrived with all papers including a target where ( it had been test fired). This is by far the nicest AK I have ever purchased fit and finish is very good. I'll be buying more toys from NFA.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff coupled with great prices and quality products. Also a great location. Definitely stop by and check it out, it's worth it.

Finally a local gun store that serves the N. Las Vegas community!! Not only is this store in my local area (and on the way to the clark county shooting park which is an added bonus for me:), but the people working in there are very nice and really know their stuff. I went in to buy a 9mm for the house and didn't really know much about brands other than springfield...they showed me a bunch of different brands and answered all my "newbie" questions without a shred of 'attitude' (people that have gone to other stores in the city know what i'm talking about). I ended up buying a brand new glock from them and i am currently picking up pieces for my new AR project from the store whenever my funds permit. They have a lot of training available as well. I am already signed up for the CCW (concealed weapons course) and (again funds permitting) will be signing up for their 1 day defensive handgun class. I can't recommend these guys enough...GO CHECK THEM OUT!

I called my wife from Afghanistan and asked her to please get me a Springfield Armory SOCOM 16. My wife went straight to New Frontier Armory and their helpful staff looked it up, ordered it, and had it shipped to them. My wife just went to the store and picked it up. I got home before Christmas and on Christmas day, my SOCOM 16 was under the tree. Outstanding staff, knowledgable people, and great location are all why they will have a customer for life.

I have probably spent over 3000.00 here but the savings are about at what the best of the internet could provide and chances are New Frontier has beaten it. If any of you go to American Shooters, The gun store, Bargain Pawn, you have wasted your time and money. Go New Frontier Armory! LEO friendly too. GSSF also. They have Infinite arms there, and a selection of camping equipment all in the store. This is a man's candy store. New Frontier Armory.

Very friendly staff that really want to help you, not just sell you something. They really do have great customer service and a great selection of guns and supplies.

I was referred here by a neighbor of mine when i told him i was looking to buy a new Glock 19. I called from work just to see what their hours were and, to my surprise and delight, they actually gave me all the info and PRICE on the gun i wanted to purchase over the phone. That is something I've never experienced from the other gun stores i've done business with in other parts of the city. After that good experience, and the fact they are a short 5 mile drive from my house in North Las Vegas VS. a 45 minute excursion to any other store in town, they are now my go to place for anything firearms related. I've actually gotten a couple of my coworkers that live HENDERSON to become regulars in the store. They say they come up for the prices but they also like talking guns with the people that work there. I can't really argue with them as i show up sometimes to do just that :). One more thing, there is no high and mighty attitude by people that work there. Just friendly and knowledgeable.

Did not have high expectations being that its a chain restaurant, but the people, the service and the prices were great.

The service I received from this location was excellent. The food was served in a reasonable time, and was of great quality. Would recommend to others.
