New owners, stay away! First the quality has reduced from the previous owners. Slack creases are now double, buttons burned and cracked. Newest change, they want to use the Customers money by demanding upfront payment or pay a 20% premium to pick up the items, inspect and then pay. No other competitor in the area doing this. Look elsewhere! Too bad, the new owners seemed like they cared about the customer when they took over. Maybe if they had good business sense they could have a growing business. Today, I noticed they have far less customers items waiting for pickup than I have ever seen before. Won't be long and they won't exist.
