I would give them ZERO stars! Just about every 6-8 weeks, they decide not deliver a package that I am waiting for & says it is out for delivery! I am always at home & then they write ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN & send it back to the sender. They are super incompetent, unreliable & they don't care about their service! You can NEVER reach them by phone so you have to file complaints. I've filed over a half dozen & it doesn't do any good. I have come to the conclusion that they hire people who can't read and are lazy!!!

So I have a package in my Parcel Drop that I cannot get because the key provided is so worn it will not work. I called my local P.O. to advise and ask how they were going to get it to me, and the worker said it would have to be the next day, as the carrier was probably out of the area. I said this was unacceptable- my package is waiting, and I cannot get it due to a failure of their equipment NOT ACCEPTABLE. So she says she will 'try' to call the carrier if 'he isn't too far away' and have him return to get the key and open the box. Really??..is this the kind of service to be expected from a First World Country?.....United Parcel Service would BEND OVER BACKWARDS to see that I got my package and was happy-actually, ANY of the other package services would have performed better than USPS. What a sad commentary on the governance of the United States.
