I have always used Enterprise with very few problems and this is the first time at this location. The service is impeccable the friendliness was terrific. There are a very nice bunch of people working there. From now on I will always go through this location. Cozy Michaels

Our experience was painless and smooth. Staff was friendly, responsive and pleasant and the vehicle was clean and performed well. I extended my rental beyond my original booking and the experience was still pleasant and professional.

The service was quick and efficient, even with a lobby full of guest Michelle did not seem to be phased at all. Handled everyone's request while keeping great customer interaction making you feel welcomed. Was recently in a car accident which resulted in my car being totaled. The other party's insurance company, Geico, had to pay for my rental car. The staff at this Enterprise office are the BEST!! Jean, Manny, and Michelle all did everything in their power to assist me with this transportation issue. Geico made some errors, was suppose to turn car in on two separate occasions, both times staff worked to assist me with my transportation problems. When I finally turned the car in we were not sure if Geico would cover the last five days. Spoke with Jean and told him just to let me know if Geico didn't pay the balance so that I could. It was a very stressful time for me and I always left smiling due to the wonderful staff at this office!!

The "black male about 5'8" was very helpful and fair. I'll be back soon. I had a dart great gas (mpg) car was great, clean.
