Family Central is a nonprofit agency founded in 1971, providing child care services in Broward County, Fla., and charged with administering subsidized child care funds. It works with local, state and federal partners to provide a full complement of child care resource and referral services; eligibility and enrollment services for child care subsidies; subsidized child care slot management, training and technical assistance; and developmental programs and screening for young children.
