We service the South Florida Community and beyond in homeownership, credit counseling, post purchase counseling, and financial literacy. By adopting the National Standards for homeownership, GWTH utilizes best practices to assist its clients achieve Homeownership. Our organization offers the Home Buyer Education Workshops, Pre-purchase Counseling, Credit Counseling, Post Purchase Counseling, Home Maintenance Workshop, Foreclosure Prevention Counseling, and Financial Capabiltity Workshops. Our mission is to change lives and empower communities one person at a time by creating generational wealth through homeownership. Services provided in 3 languages (English, Creole, and Spanish).
