I worked with Chris Hayes the owner -- sincere and genuine, unsure about his ethics.

I had a blind spot monitor (BSM), backup monitor (BM) and a clear bra installed.

Clear bra install I had no issues with. Although, not impressed with the product. It broke after two weeks.

BSM & BM:
- Charged extra for paint matching. Paint is grainy and does not cover
- Wires exposed
- Sensors not aimed correctly and do not alert properly
- Wiring not hooked up to blinkers
- Speaker left out
- ECU & wiring not secured
- poorly installed speaker/alert on roof. Unremovable without damaging the headliner

Misc:
- Body clips missing, bent
- Rear bumper with hairline scratches

My recommendation is you stay away.

I called & texted Chris multiple times for a refund. He has been unresponsive after acknowledging when I sent him pictures, that he would think about it.

Business is now at 3305 Hwy 1 SW #8, Iowa City.
