We have had FB ins since we bought our home in 2009. We have always paid a very reasonable rate for our insurance, our insurance agent(Reid Hockenson) has always taken the time to get to know us and our personal life! We have built a great relationship with Reid and really feel like he takes our best interest to heart. When my husband and I got married, he called to wish us well....and to tell us he found, yet ANOTHER discount for us! We recently had major water damage in our home and Reid made sure to get us going in the right order to insure promt service. Within 2 weeks we will have our entire claim handled! Reid has called to check on us the whole time. Our adjuster, Jeff, was very very helpful. Very knowledgable and made himself extremely available to suit our busy life. We will never leave FB ins. They have helped us every step of our new and growing life together. They have been nothing but nice and eager to help us every turn our life takes us. If there is just 1 insurance company to trust, give ALL your trust to Farm Bureau!
