Customer service is awful, would not recommend to anyone! If you decide to do business make sure you ask about their refund policy. We ordered rims and put a deposit down. The salesman said that they would arrive in 4 days. 3 rims arrived the 5th day and the salesman did NOT apologize and when my husband began to question him and told him that he just wanted his money back, the salesman said "you can't get your money back" and hung up! It wasn't a big deal that the rims were late coming in but the salesman was so unprofessional and we don't like to spend money with people who are not courteous and won't take the time to apologize and at least listen to the customer. I asked for a copy of their refund policy and she said I could pick it up the next day.....makes me think they don't have one. They are refusing to give our money back. I just don't want anyone else to have an experience like ours.
