I ordered a stunning arrangement online but when the recipient sent a pic of what she got I was shocked - it was hardly similar to what I had ordered. When I reached out to the owner, the recipient was contacted instead of me - I couldn't believe it! She didn't know what I had ordered so she wasn't disappointed as I had been. Why wouldn't I be contacted as I had placed the order and was disappointed. Wouldn't recommend this florist for online orders.
