Talking to the parts department is very frustrating. There is never enough people to answer the phone. If you need to buy a new rv, they are all over you, but after that, forget about it. I have bought 2 rvs there in the last 2 years and will never buy a third because parts/service is horrible.

Was going to purchase brand new trailer and slide did not work - they held us there all afternoon attempting to fix it never offered lunch, drink, nothing!! After 4 hours of no communication we got up and left!! We went to National Travelers in Conway (30 miles north) and got a great deal with great service!!

We were having a problem with our Keystone Premier Ultra Lite. Our slide cut the cable through the wall on two of the slides. We live in Jonesboro, AR. and there is only one man that works on these in town. He is booked up for months! My husband called Camping World. It was well worth the drive to North Little Rock, AR. There he met with a nice young man Steve Pittman. He is a sales manager but took the time to set him up with who he needed to talk to about checking our slides. We would like to thank the men that worked on it. Blake Dill, Dustin Baker, and Jens Bansamir. Everyone was very professional and friendly. We were very impressed with how neat and organized Camping World in North Little Rock, Arkansas is! We would highly recommend this business to anyone local, or passing through.

Every time I go in that store everyone is so nice. The salesman come running making sure I have what I need or they get me where I need to go. Great selection of campers and camping equipment. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

Horrible, buyer beware!!! We just bought a 2005 Grand Junction from them and truly wish it had all been a dream! First of all, we signed papers on a Thursday and scheduled orientation and delivery for the following Tuesday at 9 am. We received a call at 8:30 Tuesday morning asking to back up the time b/c they were waiting on a part to arrive. We live 2.5 hrs away so needless to say we were almost there. We were told everything would be ready by 1 that day. Finally, at 3:30 that afternoon we were done and on our way home. We paid $1500 for "inspection fees" to be done on this RV, it was to be cleaned and de-winterized. After getting it home we discovered the cleaning was only putting air fresheners throughout the RV and that's it. It was never de-winterized and surprise, surprise, the bathroom sink drain is leaking! Furthermore, we just had a day of rain and the roof is leaking in two spots! Basically, we feel like we were screwed by this business! Do they not check the used RV's they are selling for leaks? I will never give them my business again or send any business their way! The only positive thing I have to say regarding them is that the delivery man was great and very helpful to us!

Just go somewhere else!! We went here because they are open on Sundays and it was the only day I could get off.. Make arrangements to go elsewhere. Bad service after the sale! Get ready to wait

I was looking on line at a used diesel MH sent an E mail to camping world because I was interested in the one advertised on the web site had a few more questions about the coach sent another e mail a few days later and still No Answer from anyone

It's horrible I even have to put one star. I felt like I was trying to buy a timeshare, not a diesel motorhome. I ended up purchasing a new motor home from another dealer, and camper world still calls me weekly to buy from them. I had to tell the manager Joey to have his minions to stop. Be careful!!
