Ferrellgas has given us the run around since November 19th on fixing our gas line. We are on week 4 of no heat, and no one cares to get out here and do what needs to be done. We had a gas leak to which you shut the line off, but when we have someone come inspect you complete the task like we can fill the tank when in fact it's still red tagged and you haven't done anything to fix it. Every time we call we get someone else on the phone who wants to give us the run around. The lastest stall tactic is telling us to put a sleeve on the copper line running through our concrete slab... We've called and talk to 4 different people to whichwe told all of them WE DON'T HAVE A CONCRETE SLAB!!! WE HAVE A CRAWL SPACE!!! Robert the technician does not care to get out here and fix anything. He just wants to argue and stall. We had the option to fix the leaks on the tank, or lease a new one. The landlord chose to fix the existing tank. At this point I can't help but believe Robert thinks he is going to strong arm him into leasing a tank. He chose not to, move on!! He tells my uncle (the landlord) and me something different every time. I just want some damn heat in my house. I will never recommend this company.

Ferrellgas just charged me $3.609 per gallon for propane. Other companies charge about $2.31 per gallon at this time. They have come two times this year when I was out and filled my tank even though I was on a "will call for gas". The first time they were high on the price, but this time they overcharged by $1.30 per gallon.
