bad customer service from management, I took a ring in to have prongs replaced on it and they give me back a patched up ring with silver or white gold, not sure which but it wasn't yellow gold like it was when I took it in. The manager informed me I might have to pay to get it fixed. The receipt clearly showed yellow gold. Bad experience all the way around. Also, they advertise here that they open at noon on Sunday and they don't, it's 12:30. Only giving 1 star because it was easy to find in the mall.

I will never go back to this Kay jewelers. The employee's do not understand customer with a smile. I was not allowed to have a receipt after getting work done. and there was a diamond missing
