Both stores (LR & NLR) have some amazing stuff.....BUT my issue is with the staff especially in NLR. I love the cause and what the charity stands for but as a customer I also want to feel welcomed and comfortable shopping in their store, not uncomfortable. I have been to the NLR store numerous times and can count on 1 hand how many times I have been told "Hello" or "Welcome, come in" then totally ignored until its time to check out and just recently I asked a csr if I could buy an item that hadn't already been priced and was given a not so nice attitude about it (as if I should know better, hey it never hurts to ask!). Overall the LR store has it all-great things and a nice csr at their counter whereas the NLR one could use some lessons on Customer Service/Business 101-the people there always look and act as if someone did no. 1 in their cereal!!! And for that I won't go to the NLR one anymore. Hopefully they train their staff to be better customer service reps.
