The North Little Rock School District governs more than 20 elementary and secondary schools. Its curriculum includes several subjects, such as art, English, math, music and physical education. Its child nutrition department serves morning and afternoon meals. Established in 1901, the district serves over 9,000 students and is accredited by the North Central Association.
