Thank you for giving me the confidence to smile for my wedding.

Dr. DeCoursey and his staff made my experience absolutely effortless. I have a wedding coming up and came in for a routine cleaning and examination. It was my first time at North Shore Family Dental Care. When I was younger, I had an accident where part of my tooth was chipped away. I had the missing part filled in, but my dental hygiene improved since then and it resulted in a discoloration in my front tooth compared to the rest of my teeth. For years, I haven’t been able to get it fixed.

Dr. DeCoursey found out I was getting married in two days and was determined to make sure that I could smile bright without having to worry about the unevenness. Both he and his staff took extra time out of their schedule, unprompted and on the spot, to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

From start to finish, I didn’t have to worry about anything and received service above and beyond what I had hoped for. Thank you so much for giving me this gift. I’m a life-long patient now.

Dr. Decoursey and staff are amazing from the front desk all the way to the back. I have an abscess and was in excruciating pain I walked in there office they were out to lunch but as soon as they came back they got me in the back and got my tooth pulled I am so grateful to them.

I cannot even express how thankful I am to Dr. Brett DeCoursey and his amazing staff. I had a very scary dental emergency. I was recommended to contact him, although it was after hours on the weekend. I sent him images of my swollen face via social media and he got me in ASAP. It was more than evident that my well-being and conquering the infection I had was his primary concern. I could feel that I wasn't just another dollar as I've felt in other dental offices. His dental assistant couldn't have been more sweet and calming as well. I was extremely frightened and they made me feel as comfortable as possible. She even sang softly while they were extracting a tooth to calm/distract me. I would recommend North Shore Dental to anyone and everyone who wants to feel valued and in safe hands.

Absolutely wonderful experience, the staff was very informative about what dental work needed to be fixed and my procedure was done in a very professional and timely manner. I will continue to come here if the service and work is done as well as it was my first visit, which I have no doubt it will!

My daughter is 18months old and today was her first dental appointment. We were seen within five minutes of walking through the door. The waiting room area was neat, clean, and organized. Dr. DeCoursey was extremely friendly and exhibited the kind of bedside manner any patient would want. I never felt rushed, and was encouraged to ask as many questions as I wanted. I was given thoughtful and educated answers. Dr. DeCoursey was very patient when it came to examining my rambunctious toddler, and he made every effort to make her experience as comfortable and as pleasant as he could.
