This place USED to be AWESOME! and STILL is to a CERTAIN EXTENT they have prices to accommodate everyone and awesome lunch and happy hour specials! They have really good pizzas,beer and cal zones. I used to eat here 3-5 times a week but I try to stay away now because not only do they pay the waitresses less than $3 an hour but if some customers come in rack up a $100 tab ask the waiter/waitress for another drink then ditch while the waiter/waitress goes off for just a couple minutes or less to get them their drink then they hold the waiter/waitress accountable for the price of their meal even if the waiter/waitress wasn't being negligent. I witnessed it once when I was there and if it were me then my manager would have been the 4th person that I'd have ko'd with a headbutt and I'd have another scar on my forehead. Then I'd lose a lot more $$$ than I would have if I would have just paid the customers tab go through all that bs again and just have it expunged like always. They treat their customers awesome but don't seem to treat their staff very well. It's unknown to me if they have a shared tips app that pays them minimum wage if tips don't equate to it I don't believe they do but not 100% sure. They should have it because all of their staff are extremely proficient and friendly and an absolute joy to be around they all need raises tbh. After 9 pm they have half off appetizers that are all really good if its your first time here and if you don't know which appetizer to get ask the waiter/waitress what they need for a bingo... I have no idea what a bingo is but its good for them you can't go wrong with any of them. The only thing I've ever had an issue with here is the Italian nachos I ate them got explosive diarrhea the next morning but I had leftovers and they were so awesome I ate them again and got more explosive diarrhea ordered them a few weeks later got explosive diarrhea again and then once more from the leftovers but totally worth it they taste amazing. The Chicago fire calzone is really good. The parking is awesome there is plenty of places to park and you never really feel crowded anywhere. They have booths, tables an outside dining area or you can sit at the bar the forks are freakishly thick and awesome. They give away cool t-shirts for going so many times in a certain time period. If they ever start treating their employees better let me know cause I miss going there the only time I do is if my friend drags me there.

The food was great, but the service sucked. My husband and I had to ask for our drinks, after everyone else at the table had theirs. They brought my husband’s , forgot mine. Needless to say we didn’t get our drinks in time for happy hour price even though we put it in 20 minutes before happy hour was over. We ordered an appetizer, it was brought out 2 minutes before our food came out.

This place had bad services i went there past weekend. First the manager run out from the back stated we close an 45 mins so go ahead and order cause the kitchen will not be cooking any food then the waiter took my order. The brought half of the order and left the order half than when i asked about the rest of my order the waiter stated O the kitchen is closed therefore my 5 yr. Old didnt get his food but everyone else in my party got their food that was burnt or under cooked! I would never vistit this site ever!! I would not advice anyone to go there!!! Ugh!! :(

This is a great place to meet friends or for a first date. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. If you drink beer this is the place to go. Not only do they have a great selection but a beer club as well. I would highly suggest this for a night out with the family to a group outing. Oh, and the food is good!!
