If you like living in the ghetto, with ghetto staff,felons as engineers and a generally pig sloth of a place. Overbrook is for you. There's giant holes in the ground covered with tape,light post don't work and are halfway out of the ground. There old crusty dirty apartments and have never met one neighborn happy with this place. Sleep in your car before you move here. I'm very serious

Not Never Again would I EVER live in these 70's apartment complexes again, can you say not only unprofessional leasing office staff, horrific maintenance, and unliveable conditions. First,the move in was one I would LOVE to forget. Second, when I walked in I saw all these light switches but when I went to turn them on nothing happened, oh yeah, no over head lights, no ceiling fans, the carpets were soaked, the paint wasstill drying, the door knobs were hanging, etc... then above all things when requested maintenance issues I would have to wait and wait and call and call.. then finally had to send a letter to Bailey Properties just to get something done, which then still nothing done, however, all of a sudden all the leasing people left along with the maintenance. I have been broken in more than you can count on your fingers and toes, police reports coming in like crazy, the new manager will not even come out of her office because she would rather argue with you so therefore she makes the brand new leasing staff do her dirty work. No regards to people's lively hood around here. The apartment was NASTY, it stunk, the kitchen and bathroom appliances were here when the dang place was built in the early 70's. They can't even clean the carpets, or keep bugs out of your apartment, give you tickets for parking a little over the line when the lines are so faded you can't see them, charge you for fees you don't even know what they are and when asked will not reply.., so please tell me what would you think about Overbrook Apartments!!!!! I give them two thumbs down and more.... and star.. PLEASE they don't even deserve to have a website.... that is just my feelings, can't wait to get the halibut out of here! Let's see how much trouble they cause regarding that since it is called a breach of lease, look it up on their contract paragraph 31, they like to do background checks on their residents but what about their own staff? Oh yeah I could go on for days,however, I have made plenty of friends with the North Little Rock Police Station/officers since they have been to my apartment so many times! Good luck if you want to stay here! In order for myself to post this I have to give a star rating, so therefore disregard my rating because I would say negative negative negative negative and so on and so forth....

I lived in the Overbrook apartments for almost a year. The experience was horrible. The staff isfirendly however the apartment was disgusting! There was mold everywhere in the cabinets and the carpets were stained and full of what seemed to be animal hair. The refrigerator was dirty and had a crack in it.This was reported to the front office however it was never taken care of. Because of needing an apartment right a way we took it and did it ourselves. The pool near the front office was never well kept. The water was always dirty. The area were the apartments are located is beautiful and we never had any problems, However i would not recomment these apartments to anybody unless they look at the actual apartment before signing the lease.
