This store is awesome! That review by Titimimi is ridiculous like that name. I have always been greeted immediately and with a friendly attutude. I get great jeans and they always give me great money for the clothes I bring in. I shop there regularly and I always will shop there.

I walked into Plato's Closet and saw a rough African American "working". She did not say hello or greet me or ask if she could help me. I greeted her and she barely responded. I took my name brand items to the counter and an African American male told me to fill out my name and phone number and checked my d.l. license. He then told me it would be a 45 minutes wait on a weekday morning. I browsed while I waited for someone to go through my items. Plato's Closet was TRASHED. There were broken hangers all over the floor, the racks were so stuffed full of clothing you couldn't even look through them even if you wanted to. While I browsed the two workers GOSSIPED loudly about a pregnant co-worker. The African American female called the co worker a LIAR and then they debated if the pregnant woman's belly was showing her pregnancy or not. They also discussed what they'd say and do to customers who "broke" clothing while trying on. They rolled played that they would make the person who "broke" the clothing pay for the item because the clothing "wadn't broke when you wen into da fittin roo". It was a very GHETTO experience. I felt I was in someone's crack house and NOT a resale clothing store. I'd recommend Craigslist or Maumelle Yard Sale and NOT Plato's Closet.
