I am currently stuck as a Tenant having to deal with this company. If this is the company managing the property you intend to rent, LOOK THE OTHER WAY!
So far about 5 months into our lease, I had to pay double the electric bill for at least 2.5 months because they refused to change the AC unit's condenser (which had been determined was consuming double the amount of Amperes, mind you this was even confirmed by their own staff when they came to check and still it took them over a month to change it from that point). We have lost food because the refrigerator in the unit stopped working, it was replaced, and the new one stopped working as well. The washer and drier in the unit didn't work properly and since they weren't part of the lease agreement my mom and I bought our own, it has taken them approximately 3 weeks to remove them (they are supposed to come in today) and they are only removing them because I wrote to them saying that if this wasn't removed that I would charge them for storing their equipment.
On top of all of this the manager of this place is atrociously disrespectful, if you call to complain over anything she talks down to you and over you. Yesterday my mother called to confirm my email had been received by them, and this woman pretty much attempted to blame us for having bought our own washer and driers, and said it would be removed whenever they had time.
I couldn't be more serious about this review, under no circumstances should anyone ever ever EVER do business with these people again, they truly deserve to go out of business.
