I wish I could give no stars. Dispatcher Daniel is unpleasant, unprofessional, rude and have no knowledge about the law. Speaking from my experience. Against my better judgment I allowed FHP to contact this towing company. The worst decision I could have made. Pay the out of pocket fees and have car towed to home. This towing company is horrible. Please read reviews when dealing with this company.

My fiancé and I decided to take a shopping trip in Sunny Isles. I helped her walk across the street to take care of some business as she’s 5 months pregnant with a bad hip. After we finish shopping around, we discover our car was gone! After we call them, it’s made apparent that there because they saw me walk her across the street, even though I came back and went to the store. This entire thing happened in the course of an hour and 20 mins. Just Unacceptable! They need to have a sign in each parking space and not just on selected buildings. I understand it’s a business but there is a right way to go about things and a wrong way!

Over an hour late from the estimated time of arrival. Once on site, very professional and quick service. Thanks for the tow.

Worst scumbags ever. Mike the manager allows his employee steal and never do anything about it. If your road aside assistance ever sends them please call someone else. They work in pairs to steal your personal belongings.

Excellent and fast service!! The driver (Ali) was polite and professional. He was able to get my car out of a tight spot with no problem, which I was happy and surprised since it wasn't possible with the first company I called that showed up and had to leave because their driver couldn't help me. Definitely recommend!!

I only waited 3 hours for my truck. They only told me it would take 25 minutes every 45 minutes. The truck didn't have seat belts. No.

THE MOST HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE EVER!! Was stranded for HOURS waiting on a tow truck. After two hours of trying the person who answered the phone (Miguel) told me to take a "chill pill" that the driver would be contacting me. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Never again! Rating is a NEGATIVE ZERO!!!

Horrendous customer service. Initially sent the wrong tow truck then kept me waiting four hours for a tow. Finally cancelled the tow and called another towing company. There are other towing companies available in the Miami area. Stay away from these guys.

Not worth even 1 star, Very incompetent company, very rood "client service" etc, run away from this company as fast as you can.
