CHAP accredited home health agency established in 2005 servicing patients in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Health Care of South Florida specializes in hi-tech skilled nursing including post-transplant care, advanced wound care, trauma rehabilitation and non-skilled home health aide services. We accept all major insurances such as United Healthcare, AETNA, CIGNA, Medicare, BCBS and many more as well as private funds. 

Health Care of South Florida was established in 2005 in Doral, Florida servicing Miami-Dade county patients. During the next few years, HCSF acquired the necessary insurance provider agreements and positioned it self for steady growth. Patient census was consistently increasing servicing workers compensation patients, post surgical hospital discharges, rehabilitation patients and trauma patients. In 2009, Health Care of South Florida began providing post transplant care for Jackson / UM transplant patients consistently meeting the high standards set by the transplant team. In 2010, HCSF expanded to Broward County and completed CHAP accreditation. For the last three years, Health Care of South Florida has been expanding it's provider network joining most major insurance carriers and long term insurance companies.
