As a consistent guest at the Roney Palace and 1 Hotel in South Beach, I am grateful for the quality of customer service Chris and his staff provide at Key Parking. From Chris's courteousness, dedication and ability to run his business in an exceptional manner, to the valet desk with Cecilia's kindness and efficiency, to the promptness and friendliness of the drivers like, Ivan guests are always offered an excellent experience.

This company stinks. My condo used them and their guards were missing in action every night.The Prez kept them because she was getting a kick back. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
