P-SCA’s members use their knowledge and understanding of the unique ethnic issues of the community they serve to make a difference in their clients lives and their families.   P-SCA accompanies clients on important appointments, provide support, advocacy and translation services when necessary, and also make “house calls” to homebound clients.   P-SCA focuses its services on senior citizens and low-income individuals in the Polish/Slavic community.
