Great salon! After moving here from Miami I had to give myself a day of pampering. It all started great with a great job dyeing my hair.

Haven't been in 5 years and was very pleased with haircut by VOI salon , overall service, and atmosphere. My shampoo was coupled with an excellent head massage, I was serviced immediately upon arriving and greeted with lemon-topped water and after having noticeably poor haircuts with several salons over the last few years, was once again in the hands of a skilled professional. Not sure about the "hype" comments mentioned below, but if you want an excellent haircut that only gets better over time, try Voi salon Sunny isles

Great cut. I had gotten a really bad cut at another salon and was looking for someone new to fix it. I saw all the great reviews on internet, so I decided to give Voi Salon a try. The Salon is a very "family like" environment with awesome prices and Proffessional results

I bought a coupon through Dealfind for a haircut, gloss and manicure for $25, great deal I thought...well, I was wrong, very wrong. I asked for a haircut, I opted out of the manicure after I saw how dirty the manicure stations looked, figured it was fungus infection waiting to happen. The lady that cut my hair was Francis, I showed her s picture of the cut I wanted, she proceeded. Then when she finished she offered to blow dry, I said "ok". First of all the haircut was nothing like the picture I wanted, neither was the style. Oh well I thought, and tipped the girl anyhow. As I was walking out of the salon the front desk lady called me back in informing me I owed $40. I explained that I had already given her my Dealfind coupon, she then informed me that the blow was extra!! $40 EXTRA!! I told her I was NEVER informed that it would be extra, and that it was absurd that if I had paid $25 for that coupon that included cut, gloss and manicure, that I HAD to pay $40 ONLY for the blow. I felt tricked! they lure you in with a "good deal" and then they rip you off!! We kept arguing, which I found very difficult to do because the Oriental lady hardly spoke English, but she insisted $40!! I could not believe it! after I didn't even have the manicure. The cut was very bad and the blow was even worse!! I was shocked and disgusted for being tricked into having to pay such ridiculous fee for something I should have been informed would be extra! I am surprised she didn't charge me for the coffee I had as well! I had another coupon which my daughter was going to use at a later date and gave it to her, telling her she could keep it and consider herself paid! There is NO way my daughter would ever go to that salon after the horrible experience I had! They should have paid me for messing up my hair and wasting my time.

The Best Around Wow! I love my makeover. The cut is probably the best I've ever had and the color with the highlights is just amazing. I love it here.
