I Wish I could give them under 1 star the experience I have been having since I moved into there former unit is unacceptable. when I moved in they never told me that I would be covering utility's for both units in my duplex! then I received my first light bill $627 I called Yakut and they advised me to go to the other unit and request half of the light bill. I couldn't believe it what professional reality company would ask tenets to handle getting together an paying utility's. I moved in December an its almost February I have yet to receive any assistance on the light bill the last bill I just received $935 I have no choice to but to pay because I have a 2 year old son. now Im stuck paying $900 a moth for rent & $900 for a light bill in the mist of all this they sold the unit now Yakut say they no longer have any responsibility.. SO UNPROFESONAL STAY FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE QUICK TO TAKE MONEY BUT NOT HANDLEING SITUATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
