Internet signal and basic Cable TV are included w/out extra charge. Short-term (month-to-month) rentals with complete Furnishings, Electricity, Kitchenwares, Linens, etc. are an additional $400/mo "packaged" charge. Prices are good value - especially considering "in-season" premiums elsewhere.
If interested, a one-month deposit will hold a unit for you. Upon move-in, our lease requires submission of the Security Deposit, First Month Rent, and Last Month Rent - which are all credited to your account with no application charges, taxes, or brokers fees.
