So far, I am really enjoying using Patent Services USA. They are currently helping me to get a patent pending, and helping me to manufacture an invention product. This is my first time using them and the staff has been great. When I decided to get a patent, I contacted several companies and they were the only ones to call me back. They're available right when you need them and I don't have to wait for them to respond if I have a question. When I reach out to them, whether through e-mail or phone, they always respond immediately and provide great service. I hope they continue to do a great job and I would absolutely recommend them to future customers. They have prompt service, they are very friendly, and I can tell that they are up to speed with the work that they do. Everything has been going very well up to this point, so I'm happy!

I would say it matched the service they provided. This was my first time using their service but I would work with them again.

I called around to other companies before working with Patent Services. They offered the most information and guidance about inventions and the process of patenting ideas. James is very knowledgeable and really understands what it takes to get the job done. Patent services is really good about keeping you informed every step of the way. Because of James expertise on the topic I have become well informed about the process and he always was able to answer all my questions respectfully, professionally and intelligently. The guy is a super star!

Patent Services USA explained everything to me in great detail. I found them easy to get ahold of and easy to schedule with. The only thing that I think they could improve upon is that I think that they need more assistance with their website. It could provide actual information that would be more helpful, instead of very generalized information. However, I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the market.

What I like about the people over at Patent Services USA is that they are very professional with their clients. I like that they follow up with you to make sure that everything is going smoothly or to give you updates on the process. They do what they say they are going to do which makes them very reliable. The service is very fast as well which is very convenient. I just don't see how I could give them anything less than five stars across the board, and if I could I would give them even more stars!
