Built in 1968, Beachwood Golf Club is among the most famous golf courses in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. Designed by Gene Hamm, the 18-hole golf course is home to the Dupont World Amateur Handicap Championship and features a fully stocked pro shop. The practice facility at the course features two large practice greens, lighted driving range with multiple target greens, chipping area and a practice bunker. Beachwood Golf Club has hosted the Carolina Open in 1989, Golf Writers Association of America in 1992 and the Carolinas PGA Seniors Championship.

Was definitely not a $60 Golf Course conditions, and was 40 minutes early for my tee time but because I was a single was rushed off right as I got there in front of another group period was not given time to loosen up putt or even get my golf shoes on. Will not be back
