Job never completed. No licenses in counties and the state. State took his license in 2007 when he was running under the name Carolina Roofing and Siding. No county permit as promised. Paid for top of the line GAF Architectural Shingles and received low quality. Tore down my rain gutters, trim, to replace soffit and facia and rain gutters. I believed him to be a honest contractor, paid for total job 2nd check, he stated they would be back next day. This was 3/10/16. Repeated phone calls and broken promises finally realized that I had been scammed. So far,6 addresses, numerous phone numbers, and the addresses are for "mailboxes" in UPS stores and the like.

Beware, he is a con artist. Had no problem taking the money of a recently widowed woman who watched her husband pass away from Agent Orange. He pretends to be military aware and offers military service discounts.

All state, county, and city building departments have the owners name as Wayne Wallace.
