My husband and I went Saturday night after he got off of work, and the service was HORRIBLE! The wait in the drive-thru was ridiculous (15 minutes) the first time around.....the reason for a second trip through was because we were charged for our order....didn't get what we paid for, and the drinks were wrong. I didn't say anything about the drinks, but I went to pick up my sandwich they left out. Then they tried to tell me I couldn't order my biscuit before 4:00 am yet they charged me for it. They told me to pull up to the next window....I did. They kept my receipt and we waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the window. The line behind us was getting longer....and the cars in front of us also had their receipts out the window showing them what else they got wrong. I haven't been to a McDonalds in over three years and I can assure you, I won't be back ever
