Every time I have gone into this store, the staff has always been very helpful and extremely polite. Blake even owns some of the same kinds of fish, so his understanding of my needs means even more. Mitchell and Hannan are very knowledgeable and ALL of them are a joy to deal with. Keep up the great work!!!!! I'll definitely be back!!!!

I have been going to this Petco for the last years and the customer service is great. They will help you find anything you need and they care so much about the animals. From what I saw the fish tanks looked great as well as the homes for the reptiles and hamsters. I took my dog their a few times to get groomed and she came out smelling clean and looking great. I had a wonderful experience here.

Don't buy any fish from there. There is never anyone in the fish department to help you or answer your questions. Their tanks look bad most of the time and the a lot of the fish have ick. Everytime I go in there, there is someone that bags up a fish for me, but when I ask a question, I get told " I don't know the answer " " You will have to come back or call when our aquatics guy is here " That's funny, because I have never seen a aquatics guy in there. I would rather go to petsmart, atleast my questions get answered, and there's someone that knows if this fish will get along with my fish, or will he eat my other fish.
