Business cards, banners, brochures, logos and a lot more than just pack and ship now! Don't be scared to give us a shot! We promise not to disappoint.

What a rip-off! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this UPS Store for sure and others if they charge like this one. For 10 minutes work we paid almost $200 for 2 large boxes to be packed and sent ground to our home. We had asked for an estimate, but was never given anything but a final price AFTER we allowed the lady to pack it. They won t sell you the boxes and allow you to pack them inside the store and we weren t told this until after everything was inside. The 2 boxes probably weighed less than 40 pounds total. UPS Stores are franchise operations and are not part of UPS from what I was told by UPS. Pack your own boxes and call FedEx or use the post office if you re in North Myrtle Beach!



We have now learned UPS only recommends 2 inches of cushioning and suggestions, but no specific material is required. So shoe boxes would certainly provide cushioning to items already packaged in fitted formed boxes along with clothing surrounding the sides and top. So the owner has told an untruth about that and certainly will not explain why you cannot pack items within the store.



Need to throw money away? Visit the UPS Store in North Myrtle Beach SC! In going over the receipt we've found we were charged $3 for a piece of paper about 18 x 12 inches as packing material in the wearing apparel box. What a rip off!

I was charged $10 for a package to be sent to this UPS Store location. Most UPS Stores charge only $5 for this service but this location gouges you with a $10 fee.



Also, as a previous review stated, the owner of this store is RUDE beyond words. He's just a grumpy old man with a serious attitude problem. I'm not a rude person, I was very polite when I came in to pick up my package and this guy gets all rude and starts lecturing me on how I did not follow his directions because I didn't have Amazon.com write my phone number on the outside of the box.



Well excuse me but I cannot control what Amazon.com does. It's not like a big company like Amazon.com is going to hand write a phone number on a customers package!



I will NEVER use this UPS store again!

The owner of this particular location is the RUDEST ever. I thought it was just a bad day the 1st time..but I have since found out that is the norm. I go all the way to restaurant row to use that UPS Location and I only live 2 blocks away from this one... that should say it all.
