this place was not at all the ultra tan experience I invisoned.

As I fill out paper work as a first time ultra tanner, I hear someone singing loud and obnixiously in the back..that same person comes upfront and interrupts the front desk person helping me to show her some smeared thick nasty brown goo shes holding on a dirty napkin. "I got this off my bottle hehehe not what you first think it looks like huh reminds ya of something else doesn't it?

The front desk girl tells me the girl singing and showing off the brown piles is the one in charge there. She then proceeds to interrupt again saying she is outta here gotta to home and whoop her bad son into shape. He's been trouble all day! She's wearing a white thin shirt 2 sizes too small hard to cover her girth. There are dirt stains on it.just unprofessional.

When I asked about creams which one is good she chimes which one she likes..but it doesnt matter she said bc she never washes her face at night.

I sign up and 1 session is $28 til I buy lotion and sun Goggles..it's $46. Ok that's fine...I'm excited to relax and tan. I go in a room they say they just cleaned..seemed fine. No trash bins or even a mirror to apply face creams. I get into tanning bed w face bronzers. They had told me I should turn over half way since the mechanic messed up the lights and they can't be dimmered.

I felt like I no sooner got in, it shut off!..there was no beep so perhaps I am to turn over now. Nope my time was up!! Here they gave me only 6min!!I peek out door to ask attendent. Nope that's it. t



I spent $46 for 6 min and have nothing to show for it.

I spoke w manager..it's their policy the first time can only be 6 min. I marked medium skin and that i tan easily. That makes no difference.. it's our policy no longer than 6min your first time. "Well..then staff needs to be telling new clients this bc it would totally change their minds..heck I would never have blown half a hundred to hear fans blow in my ear for absolutely nothing!!

I strongly suggest anywhere else but there!! Very very displeased...
