Provided by YP.comThey lost two packages sent delivery confirmation from two different time zones and somehow blamed UPS. Furthermore, they rarely pick up outgoing mail.. carriers simply put the flag down and leave mail. This has happened on several occasions. Very poor customer service.

Are they taught never to smile or say a pleasant word? Abby snaps her questions at you that she makes you feel that you are really putting her out just by using her post office. Lorainne isn't much better. Is the working condition so bad that they all behave as if they are mad at the world. We live in a hospitality area, it is embarrassing to me that they are so rude to our community and visitors. I usually try to go to Windy Hill or Little River because they are nice. Maybe there home conditions are terrible, I am sorry if it is but it would help them if they try to smile and be a little pleasant.

Provided by YP.comWhen the post offices are closing everywhere no one should be surprised. Simple cards sent from here to Detroit or NYC take over a week. This is why everything I need to pay or receive is done directly to banks or companies, never needing a post office. A full week and my card has not been received with a check in it.

Provided by YP.comVERY RUDE POSTMASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Received a package at my business location. I asked the mail man if I could send it back if needed. He stated yes as long as you don't open it. He put it in my hands and walked out the door. When I brought the package to my desk and turned it over 2 sides had been sliced open and the wrapping on the inside had been torn into. I tried to catch the delivery man but he was already a half a block down the st. & customers walked into my store. I went to the USPS the next AM to have them send it back. The girl at the counter had my regular mail man call the temp. mail man that delivered the package & questioned him about the shape of the package. The Temp. mail man apparently told them that the package was not delivered opened. I had to wait to talk to the postmaster. The postmaster was the rudest customer service representative I have ever met, telling me that there is nothing they can do. I told him again that this is indeed how I received the package. The postmaster stated "What do you want from us?" I told him I simply wanted the package returned to sender. He said "Fine" and then slammed his door in my face!!!

Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE!!!!!! expecting a package by 3/15/14.... its 3/19... no package... countless attempts to call north myrtle beach post ofc... 5 rings then you get dial tone. UGH!!! Track the item via online... it shows that North Myrtle PO has and will deliver 3/15.... ????? HELLO!!! call the 800# above.... all mechanized with the same status as online. Sitting on hold waiting to speak to a HUMAN (20 min and counting)!!!! This is a mess.... whoever manages this branch should be ashamed... and fired!!!! I'm being forced to give it a rating.... so the one star is NOT my choice... STILL HOLDING!!!
