I was not informed at the time of scheduling my cleaning appointment that i would have to pay for this up front even though my dental insurance normally covers 100% for preventative teeth cleanings. Instead they said they would submit this to my insurance and the insurance would reimburse me for my cleaning. What they failed to tell me was my insurance probably wouldn't cover the cost of this because Dr. Gormans's office isn't in any type of dental insurance network. I got back less than one half of what i paid them. No wonder they aren't volunteering this information to new patients, they can make a few extra bucks from the uninformed that probably wouldn't have scheduled an appointment in the first place. Not a way to run a business, especially when the type of business you are in is built on trust.

Dr. Gorman and his staff are the best of the best. While most of the work I have had done was cosmetic and absolutely perfect, his general dentistry work is top of the line as well. He and his staff go far above and beyond to be helpful and professional, particularly with anxious patients. They have my highest recommendation and this is from a person with very, very serious dental issues--I truly have been through the wringer for many years. No more. I've found my home.

I have been going to The Gorman Center for Fine Dentistry for over 15 years and never cease to be impressed with the high level of professionalism of the friendly caring staff, and superior dental skill, expertise, and warm manner of Dr. Gorman. I never thought I would ever "enjoy" going to the dentist, but at the Gorman Center, I actually do!

The staff at the Gorman Center was very professional. I don't like going to the dentist and my teeth have paid the price for it over the years. Dr. Steve and the rest of the staff (especially Jennifer) made me feel comfortable through the whole process.They talked with me instead of to me. They really listened to my concerns and worked with me to give me a beautiful smile that I can show off!

The Gorman Center is very professional and offers very thorough and detailed care and customer service, not to mention very beautiful work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr.Steve Gorman and staff are great. I felt very welcomed to the office as a new patient, and all my questions were answered in detail. They are always kind and make you feel very comfortable.
