Following being transferred to three different areas, the clerk put the phone down and proceeded to conduct a conversation with a co-worker that last 21 minutes. She never got back to me and my inquiry was NEVER addressed. I have been a customer of both Higbees as well as Dillards for over 40 years and will never patronized them in the future.
