I've been fostering Cairn Terriers for Col. Potter Cairn Rescue Network since 2001 and I take my fosters from puppy mills, shelters, and surrenders from owners to Dave at Doo the Dog to get bathed and groomed to look beautiful for their website photos. He's probably beautified around 40 Cairns through the years and I've always been happy with the results.

My first visit: Dave did a great job grooming my older long-haired cat!

He has the "touch" with cats and I am happy to recommend him to anyone with a grooming "challenge" for their cat. Dave is tops!

Always a pleasure

I have been using Doo the Dog for my dogs (5) of various breeds and sizes for over 10 years. I find the fees reasonable and the services are very good.

The fees do go up with the work that's envolved. So if you're concerned on cost you have to keep in mind the condition of the coat, size of the dog and work involved. I have dropped off the my cavalier spaniel full of matts and hair to the floor and paid $35. I picked up a beautifully groomed dog. The next visit this same dog 8 weeks later was in much better condition and the charge was $25 (both charges are with nails included). I had an XL german sheppard mix that was a hair nightmare and he was $40 (that was a bath, nails and brush out-no clipping).

I have always found the owner to be more accomodating and less pretentious then the next guy. My dogs have been treated well and look great EVERY time i pick them up.

Doo the Dog will always have my business!
