Very satisfied. I found the personnel to be very open, honest and easy to work with. Car was ready on time and had even been detailed inside. Totally unexpected! In addition, and most importantly, they did excellent work.

I just picked up my 2010 Chevrolet silverado from the Dover center Road shop, I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

First of all 2 weeks for the extent of my repairs is completely unacceptable, I was scheduled to pick up my truck July 8th and it was pushed back to the 9th because " The paint is still drying"... I received NO call on the 8th to let me know that it was going to be pushed back, luckily I called before leaving work early to pick it up. The lack of communication was really surprising.

When I first entered my truck I noticed that there was trash in my center console and on the floor of my truck, coffee cups, sandwich bags, balled up tape and plastic with paint all over it. When I started my truck I found that i had lights going off on my dashboard display.... ABS light is on, Service Stabilitrack, Service traction control, absolutely NONE of these lights or warning were on when I dropped my truck off.

The lack of professionalism was mind blowing, I absolutely will not stand for this and demand some type of resolution, I don't understand how fixing a dent/scratch can lead my truck to now have mechanical issues.

Beware! Extremely poor customer service. I have a new SUV that is less than a month old; I struck a deer in October and took it to Suburban Collision Centers, as recommended by my insurance company. They took 35 days to fix my vehicle, so long that my rental car allotment ran out. They ordered the wrong parts on more than one occasion. Moreover, when I picked up my vehicle (the first time) there were new paint chips that look like they were “fixed” with whiteout—which the service guy ADMITTED to doing. Again, they tried to fix the vehicle. A short period of time after I collected the vehicle, I heard a (new) noise that wasn’t there before I took it in! “Bring it back up” I was told—we’ll take a look at it, as they “guarantee” their work. SO, 30 days later due to a crazy busy work schedule, I finally was able to take it up there—only to be forced to open a new insurance claim as they said I must have “hit something else”! Realize: I drive this car maybe 7 miles a day—it does’t even have 3,000 miles on it. Two words: “complete disaster.”

Customer service is really poor. Tim is just plain rude and thinks its too hard to just accept paperwork from someone dealing with a total loss. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Go somewhere else, ive had a better experience on the east side of cleveland and thats not saying much for a "professional" place.

Poor customer service overall. Painters are novice at best. After returning my vehicle glaring variances in the paint finish between panels that they painted were noticeable next to the factory paint. Gary their Production Manager is rude. He made promises to make it right and then neglected to return telephone calls. Then when the vehicle was returned for them to do the repair the work, Gary only had excuses as to why they could not fix their poor workmanship. They have now completely refused to correct their shoddy workmanship. If you want you car returned to you fixed right avoid this shop!

Do yourself a favor and find a...

Do yourself a favor and find a different body shop. To say that their work is sub-par is an understatement, especially for what they charge. They used to be one of the premier auto body shops in NE Ohio, unfortunately I found out the hard way that this is not the case anymore.
