This place is a TRAP! It seemed wonderful when Jackie showed us around the well kept renovated model apartment, pool, gym, sauna, spacious laundry room & community room. Then we signed the lease. The sauna has not worked a single day since move in, they take the out of order sign off when doing tours but it wasn't working even when we toured. The excercise equipment is for looks since only two pieces work. That laundry room is the ONLY one!!! For 19 floors of apartments! The pool is consistently broken and/or closed. The parking lot was torn up for months and we had to park across four lanes of traffic at the mall regularly. The first time you need a repair you meet the the REAL Jackie. It won't be fixed and you'll get screwed...but she'll do it with her "smile" & an attitude. The radiator a few floors up busted and flooded our apartment, soaking my sleeping head in disgusting smelly radiator water YAY. They let us sleep in a guest suite for the night cause they said (st like 2am) our carpet needed to be pulled up for sanitary reasons... then a few hours later when Jackie was more awake she decided our carpet padding wasn't wet...even though our carpet would remain soaked for almost a week we were forced back into our odor filled apartment. Then the headaches and dizziness came... we had mold except they refused to do anything except say it wasn't mold. Then we bought a mold test. It was mold... they still refused to do anything since according to them, it wasn't mold. We went over their heads and they had to bring in a guy with a humidity detector... he said it should be 15-20% humidity in our walls (this is two weeks after the flood) but our walls were 92%... but that doesn't guarantee mold... so we are supposed to live in our moldy apt. They will replace one wall but nothing else not even moldy carpet... My health is too important so we will be paying 2 rent payments...we had to get another apt.... but we can't break our lease here. Stay away!!



Pros: Good Location, comparable rent to area



Cons: It's a shady shady place with a shady manager who would be better suited to slum lording.
