Great Service... I travel all over the US and this place is worth a special trip just for a the hot stone pedicure. They are consistently the best!

ABUSE BY OWNER! NEGATIVE stars for this Salon! RUDE co-owner Charlie told me,"WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS" and a woman employee called me a "B" ITCH on my way out the door! I must be an IGNORANT AMERICAN because when I called to find out the price for full set acrylic french whch are pink & white I was told $30.00. I even spoke to owner Charlie, husband of Christine. When I arrived I talked to the receptionist that I had prevously spoken with prior to my visit who was also aware of what I wanted & verified the price. After my nails were done I was charged $52.00! (not inclding tip) I was also asked, sarcastically, if I could "read" the sign that was sitting on a chair BEHIND the receptionist, who was standing when I arrived. I had a verbal verification I thought.This was my first visit to the Hood Rd location. I had been to the US1 salon once about 3 months ago. That was my LAST visit period. I would NOT go to either salon if I had a FREE mani-pedi. I have NEVER been treated so BADLY at ANY salon in my life! Co-owner Charlie basically called me a LIAR and said I "knew" the difference between a full set french pink & white and pink & white tips? I still do not know the difference and he couldn't even explain it! Except it is $52.00! I do not know if it is because of the language barrier, NOT FRENCH, or not. I went to the location on Hood Road at the Publix shopping center. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN! Unless you want to be treated like an IGNORANT AMERICAN I wouldn't reccommend this place! Sorry to disagree Michael as I think it is the WORST SALON! The girl that did my nails was v nice but as a LOCAL BUSINESS OWNER I frequent businesses that APPRECIATE my business! Advise to CHARLIE & CHRISTINE, appreciate your proud & intelligent AMERICAN customers and you make the most money on REPEAT business. I hope this comment saves someone from making the same mistake I did.
