Since we have been coming three times a week for three years, I have not had any neck or back spasms. Our trainer Hugh watches us very carefully. He never lets us do more than is safe and he advances our exercise slowly so we don't hurt ourselves. I love the staff and have met many other patients that I am now friends with. It's like family!!!! Keep up the friendly yet professional atmosphere.

THe crew here at Fit First, in my opinion, is top notch.They have guided me through a difficult time with encouragement and enthusiasm.

The Physical Therapy that I received at First Rehab was excellent. I am now feeling better and doing great.
