Not only did OZO2 do a poor job of pressing the 4 shirts we brought to them for our wedding ceremony, but they completely ruined one which had to be replaced. Although the person at the desk was very sorry, she had no authority to rectify the situation. We were given the manager's name and told she would call us immediately. A week later and still no attempt to contact us regarding this issue. I will never use this cleaner again and I would recommend going literally any other place to have your cleaning done. OZO2 added an additional stress to an already hectic time and the lack of consideration is both unprofessional and unappreciated. Horrible.
