Jaime is wonderful and does an excellent job! Her prices are very competitive and it was a wonderful experience !

At first I thought I was so lucky to find this place! Jami seemed like she really cared and her prices weren't terrible! She always made great conversation and definitely made me feel like I was welcome and not just "money:" to her business. She has a deal where you can pay in advance and get 6 fraxels for $450 or she'll work with you and do 2 payments of $225. Thanks god I did the $225 otherwise I would have been out $450. I did the first set of 6 fraxels and saw no difference whatsoever but she said i'd probably need at least one more set, so I gave her the first $225 and got one fraxel. A week later I lost my job and had to move out of state. I explained to her what happened and said I still have 2 fraxels that I paid for but I am moving unexpectedly so is it possible to get a refund or possibly product instead? I tried twice and never got a response from her. Absolutely nothing! I figured even if she didn't offer refunds she would at least give me a response considering I went to see her so much, Just shows shes only in it for the money. Was pretty bummed she turned out to be like that.

I had my first treatment with Jamie yesterday at The Skin Science Institute and I was very pleased with my experience. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little nervous and she took her time to answer all my questions and made me feel at ease. She also told me about other treatments they offer there. She customizes each service or package deal for each individual's needs and will work out a convenient payment plan. I can't wait to go back for future treatments! I will definitely recommend Jamie and The Skin Science Institute! :)

Jamie is so professional and friendly. I had a great time at the spa. My skin is looking and feeling so much better!
