The owner (Betty, I assume) is one of the worst small business owners I've ever encountered. She signed up for a Deal of the Day, and then decided she didn't want to participate. When I tried to redeem the certificate I had purchased, she regaled me with stories of what a scam Deal of the Day is, that she would go bankrupt if she honored it, etc. When I pointed out that SHE was the one who signed up for the offer, I was unfortunate enough to have to hear her story AGAIN. The worst part, I purchased something from her anyway and, as I was getting into my car, she continued to blab out her window at me about people changing their minds all time, blah-blah-blah.
