0 stars. Rip off. Rip off rip off. Tom only quotes the job and has his inadequate help make a mess and cut corners. Toms a no show and don't even supervise the job. Don't be fooled by the extras he offers. They never get done. The seal coating was just a joke. Not sealed at all, just a light spray of his "special DOT Approved seal coating ". Didn't even fill in the hairline cracks. After 6 months, my minor pot hole lifted and crumbled up. Left numerous messages all to be ignorant. Good luck trying to get a hold of Tom or his GF. The phone always goes to voice mail. Rip off rip off rip off. Sorry I was compassionate to hear Tom's sad story and gave him a chance in life. If you need to see his work, please see my driveway. No more will I be fooled by opportunists.
