As the new owner of a dog previously treated at this clinic, I called to verify shot information. The female answered the phone "animal clinic". I told her my name and asked for hers. She never gave me her name and kept asking why I was calling after I had already told her. As she started to become belligerent, I asked if there were anyone else that I could speak with. "Sure, DR.", she then handed the phone to a man. The man asked the same info, but handed the phone back to the woman to give me the info. The woman had previously informed the original owners that "she only needed a distemper shot", but, in fact, the annual series of shots was needed, not just a distemper. "It's a five in one shot" the woman yelled in my ear. She continued to be belligerent, so I ended the call with "OK, Thank You." Before I hung up she says, "BI*CH". I am sure that the man standing next to her, heard her comment.



I have never physically been to this clinic, and I will never go there. I will tell anyone who asks my opinion about this incident. Staff usually reflects on the business, and in this case the Veterinarian. I don't think very highly of either.
