Provided by YP.comOMG!! My fake tooth fell out after less than 4 months and it was supposed to last YEARS!!! Was not at all impressed with their handiwork. Will NEVER return!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
