Been taking my kids there for years never had a no call no show. Last couple times I have taken my youngest in they have wanted to pull his baby teeth and I told them no. He has seizures when his blood is drawn so his dr office won't even do that without dr in close proximity. Last time the hygeninist looked at him and said "well why do you have seizures, do you just get worked up?" They told me his teeth would not fall out on their own, they needed to pull them, I said if they could not put him under to do it they couldn't do it. They kept telling me it was only a needle to numb and then pull them, I said no. Well made the appt for cleanings 2 weeks ago for my 3 kids (11, 13, and 16) Got the post card reminder in the mail, that was great... today I got a rude voice mail saying they are calling to confirm our appt and if I don't call them back before 5pm they will take them off the schedule. We have never not shown up for an appt.

I felt they were very reasonable priced very respectful explained everything. I would recommend them to anyone. Job well done
