We purchased a brand new Excel 5th Wheel from Larry's RV Sales in North Platte, Nebraska in May of 2015 from Larry himself. What a wonderful experience we had!!!! Larry is a wonderful person to deal with and buy from. He is very honest and upfront with you. He also is a very caring man and cares about what he sells you and wants you to be happy with your purchase. He honestly cares about his customers You don't find this very often anymore when doing business with people. He explained everything to us in detail about our purchase and spent a great deal of time with us making sure we understood everything about our new 5th wheel since we were new 5th wheel owners. Roger is one of the technician at Larry's and he went through the whole coach with us top to bottom, front to back and explained and showed us exactly how EVERYTHING worked and what all the switches, etc. were for. Roger was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We also purchased our hitch from Larry's so while the guys were installing it we moved our things into our new coach. When they were finished installing the hitch Larry came out and said he wanted us to stay for a couple of nights on his lot to make sure everything was working properly before we took the coach home. He filled the fresh water tank up with water and plugged us in next to the building he even gave us his personal cell phone number in case we had any problems during the night. On the day we were getting ready to leave for home Larry came out and showed us how to hookup correctly and then he offered to take my husband on a driving lesson (which my husband accepted) to make sure it was towing correctly and that everything worked as it should. After the 2 hour driving lesson they both (Larry and my husband) felt comfortable with us towing it the 300 miles home safely. Larry is very knowledgeable about the brands of 5th wheels and travel trailers he sells along with all the other brands of 5th wheels and travel trailers, etc. on the market. He has been in the RV business since 1956. He can answer any questions you may have and fix/repair all brands. We had a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed which is to be expected with a new purchase and Larry took care of them with absolutely no problem. He stands behind what he sells!!!! We are very pleased with our purchase and have traveled many miles with NO problems. Thank You Larry for the excellent care you gave us.
